Socle mouluré en pierre sur base en granite de plan carré supportant un obélisque surmonté d'un buste mi-corps polychrome en pierre ; coq polychrome en pierre sur plinthe sur la face principale de l'obélisque ; plaque d'inscription sur le socle ; bordure et bornes d'entourage en granite supportant une chaîne en fer forgé ; ensemble sur terrasse entourée d'une grille en fer forgée.
